ITINERARY


Day 1: Monday, September 7 - Departure

Depart USA on independent, overnight flights to Warsaw.


Day 2: Tuesday, September 8 - Warsaw

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your local tour manager and begin with a panoramic city tour. Mass will be celebrated at St. James Church, followed by a guided tour. Afterward, you will check into your hotel before gathering for a group welcome dinner. The evening concludes with an overnight stay in Warsaw.


Day 3: Wednesday, September 9 - Warsaw | Niepokalanów

After breakfast at your hotel, begin the day with Mass at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Shrine. Continue with a city tour of Warsaw, including visits to St. John’s Cathedral, St. Andrzej Bobola Church, the Church of St. Stanislaus Kostka, and Fr. Jerzy Popieluszko’s tomb. You will also view the reconstructed Warsaw Old Town before returning for an overnight stay in Warsaw.


Day 4: Thursday, September 10- Czestochowa | Zakopane

After breakfast at your hotel, journey to Czestochowa, home of the Black Madonna. Enjoy a guided tour of the monastery and celebrate Mass at the shrine. In the afternoon, depart for Zakopane, where you will gather for a group dinner before an overnight stay in Zakopane.


Day 5: Friday, September 11 - Czestochowa | Zakopane

After breakfast at your hotel, celebrate Mass at the Fatima Church. Then ride the gondola to Mt. Gubałówka for a breathtaking view of Zakopane. The afternoon is at leisure to shop, relax, and explore before concluding the day with an overnight stay in Częstochowa.


Day 6: Saturday, September 12 - Wadowice | Kraków

After breakfast at your hotel, depart for Wadowice to visit the childhood home and museum of St. John Paul II. Celebrate Mass at the Church of the Presentation before continuing on to Kraków. The day concludes with a group dinner and an overnight stay in Kraków.


Day 7: Sunday, September 13 - Auschwitz

After breakfast at your hotel, visit Auschwitz and take a solemn tour of the campus, including a visit to the cell of St. Maximilian Kolbe. Celebrate Mass at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Centre in Harmęże before returning to Kraków. The evening is at leisure, with dinner on your own.


Day 8: Monday, September 14 - Krakow | Wieliczka

After breakfast at your hotel, celebrate Mass at the Shrine of Divine Mercy, followed by a visit to the shrine and the tomb of St. Faustina. Then travel to Wieliczka to tour the famous salt mine. Return to Kraków to enjoy the market square and the remainder of the day before gathering for a group farewell dinner.


Day 9: Tuesday, September 15 - Return to the USA

This morning checkout of the hotel and depart for the Krakow airport for your return flights to the USA.

*This price reflects a $200 per person Early  Booking Discount for deposits received before August 13, 2025 and a $120 per person Check  Discount for those paying the total cost of the  tour by Check. Payment must be received on or before the final payment due date.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: 

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended. 


PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS: 

Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration

Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before  April 10, 2026

Final Payment: Balance due on or before June 9, 2026

Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee. 


All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
