ITINERARY
Day 1: Thursday, March 11 - Depart USA
Depart on independently arranged overnight flights to Florence, Italy.
Day 2: Friday, March 12 - Arrival in Florence
Arrive in Florence and transfer to the hotel for check-in and time to refresh. The pilgrimage begins with a guided walking tour of Santa Maria Novella, followed by the celebration of Mass. Enjoy a welcome reception and dinner. Overnight in Florence.
Day 3: Saturday, March 13 - Florence City Tour
After breakfast, celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Santa Croce and see the burial place of Michelangelo. Then, visit the Scuola del Cuoio for a traditional leather-making demonstration, followed by lunch as a group. In the afternoon, visit the Convent of San Marco and take a walking tour from Dante’s House to the Accademia to admire the incredible statue of David. The remainder of the evening is free to enjoy the city at your leisure.
Day 4: Sunday, March 14 - Opera del Duomo
Celebrate Mass at the Baptistry of St. John. Enjoy a tour with Msgr. Timothy Verdon, including the Opera del Duomo Museum, the Gates of Paradise, and Michelangelo’s Pietà. After lunch on your own, visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. End your last evening in Florence with a group dinner.
Day 5: Monday, March 15 - Tuscany | Rome
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and travel to Rome. Celebrate Mass at or near Badia a Coltibuono, followed by lunch and a wine-tasting experience at the abbey. Continue to the Eternal City, for hotel check-in and evening walking tour featuring masterpieces throughout Rome’s historic churches.
Day 6: Tuesday, March 16 - St. Mary Major | Subiaco
Visit St. Mary Major Basilica, the first Church dedicated to Our Lady. Then, depart for Subiaco. Celebrate Mass at the monastery, followed by a group lunch and time at leisure. Return to Rome for dinner on your own and an evening at leisure.
Day 7: Wednesday, March 17 - Papal Audience | Castel Gandolfo
Attend the Wednesday Papal Audience in St. Peter’s Square. Travel to Castel Gandolfo for lunch and a guided tour of the Apostolic Palace. Continue with a visit to Borgo Laudato Si’ and celebrate Mass in the Garden of the Madonnina.
Day 8: Thursday, March 18 - St. Peter’s Basilica | Private Vatican Tour
Celebrate Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica, then enjoy a guided tour of the Basilica and the Casina Pio IV in the Vatican Gardens. In the afternoon, enjoy a pasta-making experience. This evening, experience a private after-hours tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
Day 9: Friday, March 19 - Return Home
After breakfast and hotel checkout, depart from Rome International Airport.

*This price reflects a $250 per person Early Booking Discount for deposits paid before August 31, 2026 and a $300 per person Check Discount for those paying the total cost of the tour by check. Payment must be received on or before the final payment due date.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before October 12, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due on or before December 11, 2026
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
