ITINERARY
Day 1: Monday, November 2 - Depart USA
Depart on independently arranged overnight flights to Rome, Italy.
Day 2: Tuesday, November 3 - Arrival in Rome | Vatican Gardens | Welcome Dinner
Arrive in Rome and transfer to the hotel for check-in and time to refresh. The pilgrimage begins with the celebration of Mass. Enjoy a brief guided visit to Casina Pio IV in the Vatican Gardens with Dr. Elizabeth Lev, followed by a welcome reception at Terrazza Paolo VI overlooking St. Peter’s Basilica. Welcome Dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 3: Wednesday, November 4 - Papal Audience | Castel Gandolfo
After breakfast, attend the Papal Audience in St. Peter’s Square. Travel to Castel Gandolfo for a guided tour of the Apostolic Palace and lunch. Continue with a visit to Borgo Laudato Si’ and celebrate Mass in the Garden of the Madonnina. Return to Rome for an evening at leisure and dinner on your own. Overnight in Rome.
Day 4: Thursday, November 5 - St. Peter’s Basilica | Sacred Art | Private Vatican Tour
Following breakfast, celebrate Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica, then enjoy a guided tour of the Basilica. In the afternoon, take a Caravaggio walking tour featuring masterpieces throughout Rome’s historic churches. After time to refresh at the hotel, experience a private after-hours tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
Day 5: Friday, November 6 - Subiaco
Depart after breakfast for Subiaco. Celebrate Mass at the monastery, followed by a group lunch and time at leisure. Return to Rome mid-afternoon for free time and dinner on your own. Overnight in Rome.
Day 6: Saturday, November 7 - Tuscany | Florence
After breakfast, check out and travel to Tuscany. Celebrate Mass at or near Badia a Coltibuono, followed by lunch and a wine-tasting experience at the abbey. Continue to Florence, check into the hotel, and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Day 7: Sunday, November 8 - Florence
After breakfast, celebrate Mass at the Convent of San Marco. Enjoy a guided walking tour of Florence highlighting the Convent of San Marco, the Basilica of Santa Croce, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Visit the Scuola del Cuoio for a traditional leather-making demonstration, and spend the remainder of the evening exploring the city on your own.
Day 8: Monday, November 9 - Florence | Farewell Dinner
Celebrate Mass at the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Enjoy a morning tour with Msgr. Timothy Verdon, including the Opera del Duomo Museum, the Gates of Paradise, Michelangelo’s Pietà, and the Baptistery. Gather in the evening for a Farewell Dinner at Trattoria Da Bibe. Overnight in Florence.
Day 9: Tuesday, November 10 - Return Home
After breakfast and hotel checkout, depart on flights returning home.

*This price reflects a $250 per person Early Booking Discount for deposits paid before August 31, 2026 and a $300 per person Check Discount for those paying the total cost of the tour by check. Payment must be received on or before the final payment due date.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before October 12, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due on or before December 11, 2026
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
