Itinerary
Day 1: Wednesday, September 15 - Depart USA for Milan
Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA on independent overnight flights bound for Milan, Italy.
Day 2: Thursday, September 16 - Milan | Magenta | Biella/Sordevolo
Upon arrival in Milan, the group will begin its spiritual journey with a visit to Magenta and a special meeting with Gianna Emanuela Molla, daughter of St. Gianna Beretta Molla. (Pending availability) Pilgrims will celebrate Mass before continuing to Biella/Sordevolo for hotel check-in and a welcome dinner together. Overnight in Biella/Sordevolo.
Day 3: Friday, September 17 - Passion Play of Sordevolo
Today, experience the renowned Passion Play of Sordevolo, a moving open-air performance depicting the life and Passion of Christ. Performed by hundreds of local volunteers, this cherished tradition creates a profound spiritual experience for pilgrims and visitors alike. Time will also be available to explore Sordevolo’s amphitheater, chapels, and charming streets before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations in Biella/Sordevolo.
Day 4: Saturday, September 18 - Santuario di Oropa
This morning, travel to the Santuario di Oropa, one of Italy’s most important Marian shrines nestled in the Alps. Pilgrims will celebrate Mass and enjoy time for prayer, reflection, and quiet devotion at this sacred sanctuary before returning to Biella/Sordevolo for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Sunday, September 19 - Biella | Lake Region
Depart Biella and journey into the beautiful Italian Lakes region, where the group will stay in either Stresa or Orta San Giulio for the next three nights. Along the way, Mass will be celebrated, followed by a wine tasting experience. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy the lakeside atmosphere and surrounding scenery. Overnight in Stresa or Orta.
Day 6: Monday, September 20 - Day Trip to Lake Como
Today features a scenic excursion to Lake Como, including visits to picturesque lakeside towns such as Bellagio and Varenna. Pilgrims will also enjoy a guided boat tour while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the region. Mass will be celebrated during the day before returning to the hotel for overnight accommodations.
Day 7: Tuesday, September 21 - Lake Day & Spiritual Reflection
Enjoy a day dedicated to spiritual reflection and personal exploration. Pilgrims may choose to visit small chapels, take peaceful boat rides, or spend quiet time along the lakeshore in contemplation and prayer. Overnight at your lake hotel.
Day 8: Wednesday, September 22 - Lakes Region | Turin
Depart the lakes region and continue to Turin, where pilgrims will explore important sites connected to Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati. Visits include the Church of Sacro Cuore, his family home and memorials dedicated to his life. Mass will also be celebrated before overnight accommodations in Turin.
Day 9: Thursday, September 23 - Turin & Nearby Sanctuaries
Today, pilgrims will visit Frassati’s tomb, churches he frequented, and nearby sanctuaries significant to his spiritual life and legacy. Mass will be celebrated during the day, followed by a farewell dinner shared together as the pilgrimage comes to a close. Overnight in Turin.
Day 10: Friday, September 24 - Turin | Milan | Departure
This morning, transfer back to Milan for departing flights home, bringing your pilgrimage through Northern Italy to a close with cherished memories of prayer, fellowship, and sacred encounters.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before April 14, 2027
Final Payment: Balance due on or before June 14, 2027
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
