You'll spend quiet days in Medjugorje, stand within Dubrovnik's storied Adriatic walls, and make your way through Assisi, Cortona, Tuscany, and Florence, encountering the lives of Francis, Clare, Catherine, and Carlo Acutis at the very sites that shaped them. Each day is anchored by Mass in historic churches and unhurried enough to leave room for wonder, whether that comes on a hillside at prayer or over a shared table of regional cooking and local wine. ITINERARY
Day 1: Monday, April 12 – Depart USA.
Depart on overnight flights to Croatia.
Day 2: Tuesday, April 13 – Arrival | Medjugorje
Arrive in Croatia and meet our local, Catholic tour manager before departing for Medjugorje. After checking in to the hotel, celebrate a private Mass and gather for a festive welcome dinner. Overnight in Medjugorje.
Day 3: Wednesday, April 14 – Apparition Hill | St. James
Today we join the flow of Medjugorje’s spirituality, starting with Mass at St. James and an orientation tour of the town. Following lunch, hike up Apparition Hill, praying the rosary where Our Lady first appeared to the six visionary children. In the evening, attend the nightly program of adoration and confession at St. James. Overnight in Medjugorje.
Day 4: Thursday, April 15 – Resurrection Statue | Dubrovnik
Following hotel check-out, celebrate a private Mass and pray the Stations of the Cross at the Resurrection Statue behind St. James. Enjoy a lunch at leisure before transferring to Dubrovnik, where you'll check in to your hotel, take some time to rest, then gather for a group dinner. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 5: Friday, April 16 – Dubrovnik
A leisurely morning gives way to Mass at St. Blaise Cathedral and a tour of Old Town Dubrovnik. After lunch and free time in the afternoon, savor a food and wine experience in the beautiful Konavle Valley. The remainder of the evening is yours to explore the city known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 6: Saturday, April 17 – Rome | Assisi
Embark on an inter-European flight from Dubrovnik to Rome, where upon arrival we will meet our local Italian tour manager and set out for Assisi. Along the way, stop for lunch amidst beautiful rolling hills, then continue on to Assisi and celebrate Mass. End the day by checking in to the hotel and enjoying a group dinner. Overnight in Assisi.
Day 7: Sunday, April 18 – Assisi
Celebrate Mass at the Tomb of St. Francis, with a walking tour of this serene Umbrian town to follow, visiting sites important to the lives of St. Francis, St. Clare, and St. Carlo. Spend the rest of the day exploring Assisi at leisure before gathering together for a group dinner. Overnight in Assisi.
Day 8: Monday, April 19 – Assisi | Montefalco
Begin the day with Mass at San Damiano, followed by a beautiful hike to the Franciscan Hermitage, where St. Francis often retreated with his followers to pray. In the afternoon, depart for Montefalco for a wine tasting at Montioni, with a tour of the local olive groves and grape vines, then return to Assisi for an evening at leisure. Overnight in Assisi.
Day 9: Tuesday, April 20 – Lake Trasimeno | Cortona
Depart this morning for Lake Trasimeno and take a boat ride to Maggiore Island, where you'll celebrate Mass at St. Michael the Archangel and enjoy lunch along the coastline. Continue deeper into the Province of Arezzo and arrive in Cortona, where we will check in to our hotel and share a group dinner. Overnight in Cortona.
Day 10: Wednesday, April 21 – Montepulciano | Monte Oliveto Maggiore
Today we travel to Montepulciano — renowned for its world-class wines and hilltop views — for an immersive wine-tasting experience. Afterwards, we will visit the beautiful Benedictine Monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, set amidst the Tuscan Hills and deep green pines. There we will have a guided tour of the grounds, Mass in the main church, and pray evening vespers with the monks. Return to Cortona for a group dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Thursday, April 22 – Cortona | Siena
Spend the morning exploring Cortona, with a walking tour of the lower town and lunch at leisure. Travel to Siena to celebrate Mass at the Cathedral, followed by a tour that includes the site of the 18th-century Eucharistic Miracle. Tour the Basilica of San Domenico, which houses the relics of St. Catherine, and visit her childhood home before a group dinner at Castello di Gargonza. Overnight in Cortona.
Day 12: Friday, April 23 – San Gimignano | Florence
After check-out, celebrate Mass in Cortona, then depart for San Gimignano, the "Town of Fine Towers," for a tour of the city. Enjoy a hands-on cooking class at a local farm just outside town before continuing to Florence to check in to your hotel and close the pilgrimage with a group farewell dinner. Overnight in Florence.
Day 13: Saturday, April 24 – Departure
Transfer to the airport for return flights to the USA.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before November 13, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due on or before January 12, 2027
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
