IMPORTANT FLIGHT DETAILS:
This tour is being sold as “Land Only.” There will be no group airfare; however, a flight itinerary will be provided to coordinate with your independent flights. Please wait to book your independent airfare until you receive the “Tour is Confirmed” email. This email will be sent once the tour has reached the minimum number of registered pilgrims required to operate. It will also include the arrival and departure instructions necessary to participate in the group airport transfers
Itinerary
Day 1: Monday, April 19 - Depart USA
Depart the USA on your overnight flight to Nice, France, beginning your pilgrimage through southern France.
Day 2: Tuesday, April 20 - Arrive in Nice
Upon arrival in Nice, meet your local tour manager and transfer to your hotel. Celebrate Mass at Cathédrale Sainte-Réparate to begin your pilgrimage in thanksgiving. Gather for a welcome dinner and overnight in Nice.
Day 3: Wednesday, April 21 - Cannes | Lérins Island
Take a peaceful boat ride to Lérins Island, home to the Cistercian Abbey of Saint-Honorat. Celebrate Mass at the abbey before exploring the island on a guided tour and participating in Lectio Divina with one of the resident monks. Enjoy a private tasting of the monks’ renowned wine before returning by boat to Nice. The remainder of the day is at leisure, with an overnight in Nice.
Day 4: Thursday, April 22 - Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume | Le Thoronet
After breakfast, check out and journey into the heart of Provence to Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, home to the Basilica of St. Mary Magdalene, where you will venerate her relics and have time for personal prayer and reflection. Enjoy a group lunch before continuing to Le Thoronet Abbey, where you will celebrate Mass with the Sisters of Bethlehem, pending confirmation. Continue to Brignoles for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Friday, April 23 - Marseille
Travel to Marseille, a beautiful seaside city where, according to Christian tradition, Mary Magdalene, Martha, and Lazarus arrived to share the Gospel throughout France. Visit the historic Abbey of Saint-Victor before enjoying lunch on your own and time at leisure to explore Marseille. In the early afternoon, celebrate Mass at Notre-Dame de la Garde, perched high above the city with sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Return to Brignoles for dinner on your own and overnight.
Day 6: Saturday, April 24 - La Salette | Lyon
Check out of your hotel and journey north into the French Alps to the Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to two shepherd children in 1846. Celebrate Mass at the shrine, followed by a guided tour and time for personal prayer. Enjoy lunch on your own and a leisurely early afternoon to explore the beautiful mountain grounds or walk the Stations of the Cross. Continue to Lyon for hotel check-in, a group dinner, and overnight.
Day 7: Sunday, April 25 - Lyon | Châteauneuf-de-Galaure
After breakfast, depart for Châteauneuf-de-Galaure to visit the Foyers de Charité and places associated with the life of Venerable Marthe Robin. Celebrate Mass and enjoy time for prayer and personal reflection at the Foyers de Charité retreat center. Enjoy group lunch before returning to Lyon for a walking tour of the Old Town and a guided visit of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière. Enjoy a group dinner at the hotel and overnight in Lyon.
Day 8: Monday, April 26 - Ars-sur-Formans | Paray le Monial
Visit Ars-sur-Formans and tour the Basilica of Ars, where you will pray before the incorrupt body of St. John Vianney, patron saint of parish priests, whose holiness and dedication to the Sacrament of Reconciliation drew countless people to Ars. Continue to Paray-le-Monial and celebrate Mass at the Chapel of the Visitation Monastery, pending confirmation, where St. Margaret Mary Alacoque received the revelations of the Sacred Heart and where her relics are preserved. Enjoy a guided tour of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart before returning to Lyon for a group farewell dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Tuesday, April 27 - Return to USA
Check out of the hotel and transfer to Lyon Airport for your return flight home.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended and must be purchased within 14 days of intial deposit.

Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Payment: $1,250 per person due on or before 11/20/2026
Final Payment: Balance due 01/19/2027
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
